Currently enjoying a bi country early retirement lifestyle North of the Border in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada and South of the Border in San Miquel de Allende, Mexico. Having started facillitatingg Artist Way groups about ten years ago, in the dining room of my heritage home in downtown Penticton, B.C. I continued thre Artist Way journy in Nanaimo, B.C. through Julia Cameron’s three AW books in the trilogy, the Prosperous Heart and The Sound of Paper. My second winter in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico I led a very successful group of 12 for the third book, ‘Finding Water, the Art of Perserverance.’ We wrapped up our session with five artists participating in an art collective right in my iving room and mirador for the Annual Open Studio Tour of the Ajijic Societyt’s of the Arts. My first winter in San Miquel, I was a member of Joseph Bnnet’s AW grupo. For the upcoming 2014/15 winter in SMA, I plan on registering for a Continuing the Artist Way/SMA meet up grupo on http://www.meetup.com as a launch pad, so to speak!

Yes, Registrations are now open for a ten week magical mystery trade using Julia Cameron’s book, Riding the Dragon. The sessions will run on Thursday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 in an oceanview residence in the College Heights area. 361 Trinity. The investment is just 150. And fifty dollars will hold your space. You need to buy or order the book, The Artist’s Way at Work, Riding the Dragon. An ebook is available if you prefer. I can meet you at any Tim Hortons or coffee shop in the Nanaimo area to give you your Artist Way starter kit of journal, flowy pen for morning pages and clipboard. Tea and coffee provided. We take turns bringing a snack for the break in the middle of the two hour session. Call/text me at 250 797 5229 for more information or to arrange to pay your deposit to claim your spot. Yes! We absolutely DO have a 7 week trail blazing Artist Way session on Zoom starting on Sunday, June 7th from 1:30 to 3 p.m. This time we will be using Julia Cameron’s book, ‘ The Prosperous Heart.’
