I’ve been away from the filmmaking world for far too long so it’s high time to jump back into the fray. As Documentary Filmmaking is of particular interest and I did go to Documentary Film School in Havana, Cuba about five years ago, I decided to enroll in my third EdX MOOC. It is about new trends in documentary filmmaking and is offered free of charge online by the University of Madrid. Btw, MOOC stands for massive open online course.

EdX, Coursera and Iversity all offer a truly dazzling array of free online courses from to universities from around the world. My first class, ‘Leaders for Learning’ was delivered via EdX from Harvard!

About canmexartistway

I am a happily retired teacher/expat to be now relocated to the spectacularly beautiful Harbour City of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. During snowbird six I decided to morph from snowbird to Mexpat! I'm taking the 'scenic route' geographically and metaphorically during the next 5 to 6 months as I downsize, downsize, downsize in preparation for an international move in the fall.
