A new addition is Chef Maria at Sabores y Salsa. Just 50. USD we enjoyed a muy Rico desayuno of freshly chiliquiles and cafe de ollo. This was followed by cooking demonstrations and tastings accompanied by vino tinto o blanco o cervezas. We learned about three different kinds of chile peppers commonly found in the markets here and how to use the chiliquiles sauce to make variations of chile rellenos. Delicioso!
